WHAT TIME IS CHECK IN?

Check in begins from 2:00 pm (14:00) for all guests.


WHAT TIME IS CHECK OUT?

Check out is promptly by 11:00 am for all guests.


WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

If you cancel before 2:00pm hotel time on day of arrival, no cancellation fee will apply. If you cancel after 2:00pm hotel time on day of arrival or fail to arrive, the cancellation penalty fee amount will be: First night charge (based on total first night rate of your confirmed reservation).

Please note that certain package rates are non-refundable. Please refer to your confirmation for details.

If you made your reservation through a group, the group contract will outline specific cancellation policies.

If you made your reservation through a third party (website or travel agent), cancellations must be made directly with the third party. The hotel is not authorised to cancel, and cannot provide refunds, for any third party reservations.


HOW DO I MAKE A GROUP RESERVATION?

Bookings of fifteen (15) or more guests are considered a group.

IS PARKING AVAILABLE?

The Car Park is nearby, and discounted rates are available to guests of the hotel. For information, contact our concierge team.


DO YOU ALLOW PETS?

No, pets are not allowed.


DO YOU HAVE SMOKING ROOMS?

No, we are a completely non-smoking facility.


HOW CAN I GET TO THE HOTEL FROM THE AIRPORT?

St Giles Central London does not provide transportation to or from the London airports.

London City Airport (LCY) is 10 miles from the city center.

London Heathrow Airport (LHR) is 18 miles from the city center.

Both airports are easily accessible by car, taxi, or public transportation.


IS WIFI/INTERNET ACCESS AVAILABLE?

WiFi (Wireless Internet Access) is available throughout the hotel, conference center and lobby, and access fees apply.


DO YOU HAVE ICE OR VENDING MACHINES?

Vending machines are available for both snacks and beverages. Ice machines are available on the ground floor and first floor


HOW DO I GAIN ACCESS TO THE LEISURE CLUB?

Hotel guests have access to the independently managed YMCA Club (with swimming pool and extensive fitness facilities) for a nominal fee per entry.

Guests are required to obtain a token per visit from the coin-operated token vending machine, located at the Club Entrance from the hotel lobby.
