St Giles Hotel London

The hotel has the largest sports and leisure facility in Central London and it is located beneath the hotel.

The Leisure centre is owned and managed by the Central YMCA. Access is available to all St Giles guests during their stay for a nominal charge of £4 per person per stay.


The Leisure Club is spacious & well equipped with 53 CV Machines & 55 Resistance Stations, 25 metre Fitness Swimming Pool & a 40 metre Sports Hall. The Centre also offers a Fitness Studio, Dance Studios, Free Weights Room, Squash & Handball Courts. Sauna, Sun beds, Massages, Exercise Classes and Various Clubs & Activities are all available at a charge.
Children under 16 are not permitted to use gym equipment or take part in fitness classes. Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Use of these facilities is subject to satisfactory completion of a health questionnaire at the discretion of the Club Management. Leisure facilities are closed on all Public Holidays and may be closed at other times at the discretion of the Club Management. The Fitness Swimming Pool is also closed each year during Easter for approx. two weeks, so to carry out yearly maintenance. Please contact the YMCA directly on 020 7343 1700 for further details.
