 St Giles Hotels 360 Campaign

We invited guests to capture their St Giles Experience in 360. Please look through their lens, vote for your favorite and share. The most inspiring guest will win a 3-night stay at any St Giles property of their choice (“Promotion?”). Only those booking will be entered for a chance to win. There are no additional purchases beyond booking one of the packages. Winner must book their stay during January 1-December 31, 2017.

HOW TO ENTER:

  • There is no purchase necessary to enter or win. Void where prohibited. Each booking of a St Giles 360 package made to St Giles portfolio of hotels during the promotion period will automatically generate one (1) entry for the month in which the booking is completed.
  • All booking entries must be received by 11:59 am EST on December 24, 2016. Incomplete, corrupted, or untimely entries are void and will be disqualified. St Giles Hotels is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, stolen or misdirected entries; lost, interrupted, or unavailable network, server, or other connections; or miscommunications, computer or software malfunctions, telephone transmission problems, technical failures, garbled transmissions, damage to a user’s computer equipment (software or hardware), or other errors or malfunctions of any kind, whether human, mechanical, electronic or otherwise.

WHO IS ELIGIBLE?

  • The St Giles 360 promotion or sweepstakes is open to legal residents over the age of 18 of the fifty (50) United States (including the District of Columbia).
  • Limit to one entry per person, per month.
  • Employees and representatives of St Giles Hotels, and agencies acting on St Giles behalf and their immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of all employees are not eligible.

Participating Hotels:

  • All St Giles Hotels are participating, including St Giles London, St Giles Heathrow, St Giles Makati, The Court – A St Giles Hotels, The Tuscany – A St Giles Signature Hotel, The Tank Stream – A St Giles Hotel, The Boulevard – A St Giles Hotel, The Gardens – A St Giles Signature Hotel, and The Wembley – A St Giles Hotel.

WHAT IS REQUIRED?

  • A minimum stay of 2 nights is required.
  • Participants must make it clear on their respective social media platform feeds that their posts are being made as a part of a St Giles Hotels contest.

HOW LONG WILL THE PROMOTION LAST?

  • The St Giles 360 contest begins at 11:59 pm EST on September 26, 2016. Voting ends by noon EST on December 24, 2016 and the winner will be announced by midnight on December 24, 2016. St Giles Hotels’ database computer is the official time-keeping device.

WHAT DO YOU WIN?

  • Grand Prize: 15 Night Stay (3 nights per city in which a St Giles hotel is located – New York, London, Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Manila, and Sydney ) + $5,000 Gift Card (Visa, Mastercard or American Express- pending the country of residence for the winner).

No Compensation, Contract Obligation, Representation or Warranty. Participant understands and agrees that St Giles Hotels has made no representation or warranty of any kind whatsoever to Participant. Participant acknowledges that St Giles Hotels has not induced any representations or assurances, whether written or oral. Participant has not received any promotions or inducements by St Giles Hotels.

Release. In participating in the St Giles 360 Campaign, you understand that you will be posting and sharing your vote in your respective social media feeds. Participant hereby releases St Giles Hotels from any and all claims and demands arising out of or in connection with posting any photos or images of any St Giles Hotels’ Website or Content, including, without limitation, any and all claims for invasion of privacy, infringement of my right of publicity, defamation (including libel and slander), trademark infringement, false endorsement, unfair competition, copyright infringement, and any other personal and/or property rights, and you agree that you shall not now or in the future assert or maintain any such claim against St Giles Hotels.

You understand St Giles Hotels is conducting such activities in express reliance upon the foregoing. By participating in this St Giles 360 Campaign, entrants agree that St Giles Hotels are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the promotion; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process of the promotion; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the promotion or the processing of entries; or (5) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the promotion or receipt or use or misuse of any resulting offer.

Publicity. EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW, WINNERS GRANT TO ST GILES HOTELS THE RIGHT AND PERMISSION TO PRINT, PUBLISH, BROADCAST, AND USE, WORLDWIDE IN ANY MEDIA NOW KNOWN OR HEREAFTER DEVELOPED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE INTERNET, AT ANY TIME OR TIMES, EACH WINNER’S NAME, PORTRAIT, PICTURE, VOICE, LIKENESS, ENTRY, AND BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION FOR ADVERTISING, TRADE, AND PROMOTIONAL PURPOSES (INCLUDING THE ANNOUNCEMENT OF HIS OR HER NAME ON TELEVISION OR RADIO BROADCAST) WITHOUT ADDITIONAL CONSIDERATION, COMPENSATION, PERMISSION, OR NOTIFICATION. Assumption of Risk, Waiver & Limited Liability. I UNDERSTAND THIS IS AN IMPORTANT LEGAL DOCUMENT RELATING TO MY PARTICIPATION IN A ST GILES 360 CAMPAIGN AND I AM WAIVING LEGAL RIGHTS I MAY HAVE AGAINST ST GILES HOTELS AND ANY THIRD-PARTY ACTING IN PARTICIPATION WITH ST GILES HOTELS OR UNDER ST GILES HOTELS’ DIRECTION AND CONTROL. I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I, AT MY SOLE ELECTION, ASSUME ALL RISK ASSOCIATED WITH PARTICIPATING WITH THE ST GILES 360 CAMPAIGN AND ST GILES HOTELS UNDERTAKES NO RESPONSIBILITY OR LIABILITY OF ANY KIND OR NATURE FOR ANY ADVERSE EFECTS OR PROBLEMS OF WHATEVER KIND IN NATURE. I

BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS ST GILES 360 CAMPAIGN, I AGREE THAT ST GILES HOTELS WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY INJURIES, DAMAGES, OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES TO PERSONS, INCLUDING DEATH, OR TO PROPERTY ARISING OUT OF ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE ST GILES HOTELS WEBSITE OR ANY THIRD-PARTY WEBSITE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS ST GILES 360 CAMPAIGN OR THE DOWNLOADING FROM AND/OR PRINTING MATERIAL DOWNLOADED FROM THE ST GILES HOTELS WEBSITE.

WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, EVERYTHING REGARDING THIS ST GILES 360 CAMPAIGN, INCLUDING ALL PRIZES, ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. SOME JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY. CHECK LOCAL LAWS FOR ANY RESTRICTIONS OR LIMITATIONS REGARDING THESE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS.

Governing Law. This St Giles 360 Campaign will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles, notwithstanding the fact that one or more counterparts hereof may be executed outside of such state, or one or more of the obligations of the Parties hereunder are to be performed outside of such state. Any suit, action or proceeding to determine, construe or enforce any provision of this Agreement, or the rights of any party hereunder, will be brought in the State of New York, and the Parties agree that jurisdiction will lie therein.
